CityCenter Sunday Mornings

A weekly gathering of the CityChurch of Ames-Des Moines, focused on equipping for ministry through ordered learning, biblical teaching, and community dialogue.

Antioch School/BILD Institute Ordered Learning ■ 7:45–9:45 am

Leadership Series classes meet every Sunday morning for individuals who are enrolled in one of our Antioch School degree programs or a BILD Leadership program.  The Antioch School is church-based leadership development training that is truly church-based and competency-based.

CityChurch Ordered Learning ■ 8:45–9:45 am

CityChurch equipping classes meet every Sunday morning for the purpose of “equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.”  We believe that every individual should be engaged in a lifelong process of growing in his or her faith so we offer classes for all members of the church family––youngest to oldest!

Teaching Series ■ 10–11 am

A teaching series is done most Sunday mornings in an informal lecture and dialogue format.  This format provides church leadership with a forum to teach on key topics, ideas, and issues important to the churches and for the church to engage in discussion with church leaders and the church body on those topics.
